Standing proudly in the medieval heart of Tallinn Old Town is an original 13th century merchant’s building, current home of the Clayhills Gastropub.

Gastropub is a home away from home, offering a delicious food, beer and wine in a casual and relaxed setting.

Under the guidance of our executive chef Bobby Chamunokara we focus on the very best of Estonia produce and take inspiration from seasonal produce available to us. Our fish comes from the local market and we serve only the best of Estonian meat, vegetables and dairy supplied directly by small organic farmers, like Estonian Meathouse from Otepää and Kalamatsi Meierei.

And like any self-respecting gastropub we brew our own beer – Clayhills Light, Clayhills Dark and General Nikolai IPA – all are available to sample on tap.

Over the weekend we entertain you with live music bands and performers. Long polished bar turns into a hub of chemical activity – bar crew busy concocting beverages for our guests with a help of our house made spirits. The medieval merchant house of the Clayhills family fills up with banter, good mood and good food.

Dining is laid out over 3 floors, with 2 separate private rooms available to host your birthday or any other celebration of your choice. While Estonian white summer nights are enjoyed best on the large terrace overlooking the medieval splendor of Tallinn, as eating outdoors is one of the great pleasures of an Estonian summer.
